4. SPECIFIC REGULATION

The BMX International 2019 will be conducted according to UCI rule book “PART 6 BMX RULE BOOK” (latest version) in addition to other Rules and Regulations provided by the Organizer.

Championships categories : All rider and staff must hold a valid UCI license
According to chapter 6.1.003 of the “PART 6 BMX RULE BOOK
STANDARD 20 inch BICYCLES
ELITE MEN (19 years & over)
ELITE WOMEN (19 years & over)
JUNIOR MEN (17-18 years old)
JUNIOR WOMEN (17-18 years old)
Masters categories :

MEN MASTER A (30-35 years old)

MEN MASTER B (36-UP years old)

CHALLENGE GIRLS (15,16 years old)

Cruiser challenge categories : NO
  1. Class composition
    No rider is permitted to compete outside of his age or gender group.
  2. Seeding and Transfer system
    Heats for Elite and Junior are determined by ITT and following to Appendix 1 in part 6 of the “PART 6 BMX RULE BOOK”.
    Gate selection uses UCI Part 2 BMX Annex 2.
    For challenge class, heats will be determined by scrambled position and gate selection will be determined by random for 1st rd only, 2nd and 3rd round gate position determined by previous round position.
  3. Race numbers
    The international permanent race number of the rider must be used in this competition.
    A rider without permanent race number will be assigned a random number.
  4. Number plates
    The stickers number plate will be provided by the organizer.
  5. All rider are required to wear fullface helmet with visor min 10cm long. Camera permitted on training only, non bolt fixed on helmet.
  6. Jersey regulation priorities will be applied, non conformity jersey will result on refusal of start.

5. PRIZES MONEY

CHAMPIONSHIPS CATEGORIES:

Top 3 podium riders will receive Medals/Trophy and Prize Money, 4th to 8th riders will receive prize money only.

Prize money as per UCI’s BMX financial obligation.

CHALLENGE/MASTER CATEGORIES:

Top 3 riders will receive Medals/Trophy and Prize Money, 4th to 5th riders will receive prize money only.

6. AWARDS/PODIUMS

There will be awards ceremonies for each race. All podium finishers are expected to be in attendance, absence on podium will result on losing points, prize money, medals and title. I have flight to catch reason will not be accepted. No caps, spect, goggle during the podiums. Racing attires only, wear shoes is mandatory.

7. ACCREDITATION

They will have accreditation for team, club and sponsor. The amount will by determined by the number of riders. All passes for teams provided after payments completed.

10. TRACK

Track + height of starting hill

- Traditional
- Supercross
- Combo (2 starting hills 5m – 8m ramp)
The BMX track is a traditional track.
It follows the UCI standard Rules.
The starting hill is 5m height and 10m wide.
The starting system is UCI random (PRO GATE), with a 8 places gate and lights.
There are 4 straights.
The second one is separate in two lines:
- Challenge section.
- Pro section.
Track length The total length is 400m.
Track surface The surface is dirt and top soil
Other relevant info The corner surface is block paved

13. ACCOMMODATION

The venue will be located in Yogyakarta Youth Center, Sleman City, Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Sleman residence has many hotel options can be browsed on local travel agents website. The price range from 200K to 1400K IDR

14. INSURANCE

The organizers accept no responsibility or liability for personal injury or property loss or damage that may be incurred by riders or officials. Accordingly all members of team, athletes or individual persons have to be covered by a valid assurance before registering to this race.

15. VISA

A passport valid for 6 months beyond the dates of travel is required.

Foreigner passport holders from 48 countries are not required to obtain visa when entering Indonesia for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in Indonesia for a period not exceeding 15 or 30 days.

Others countries must apply for a visa on the Indonesia embassy of their countries.

Currency The currency of Indonesia is the Rupiah come in both coin and banknote form.
Banking Indonesia Bank hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, though certain banks have shorter Saturday hours and currency exchange booths are open considerably longer hours in i and other tourist destinations.
